Courier, tracking number & delivery time
We need two to three business days to process the customer’s order and arrange the shipment. SF Express Tracking Number will only be displayed after we confirm and ship out the shipment. If you cannot find it after two or three business days after order placed, please feel free to contact our customer care team.
Shipping cost will be stated clearly for approval at the time you check out of your shopping basket.
La_Face Concept is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during its transit.
Find my Tracking Number
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
Backorders
In the event that we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will usually be 3-6 working days later unless otherwise informed.
